Responsible Adults: Research and supervise; with Scouts plan the event, plan and review schedule, itinerary, agenda, and meal plan, review with PLC, Scoutmaster and Committee, Person in charge will pass out information 4 weeks before event; collect money permission slips and coordinate drivers, 2 weeks before event; complete financial report.
Committee Chair provides tour permit from council headquarters.


•TROOP ACTIVITIES must have two Registered & YPG Adults per activity
